Healing and Growth through Connection.

Who We Work With

Our Services

With specializations in neuro-biologically informed healing modalities, we help people heal trauma wounds that can stay stored in the brain and body for years if left untreated. Our clinicians have been trained in brainspotting, internal family systems, and emotionally focused therapy, which are all holistic approaches to therapy that understand the need to incorporate both the brain and the body in the process of healing.

Trauma

For individuals that are interested in improving performance on the field, in school or in the boardroom, our clinicians are trained to assist you.  We offer assistance with sports performance, academics, as well as executive functioning for individuals of all ages.

Performance

ADHD is a widely misunderstood and misdiagnosed condition that has important implications for all aspects of life.  Whether you are questioning the possibility of the diagnosis or seeking support for managing symptoms, we are able to help individuals of all ages in need of support, guidance and strategies for coping with this condition.

Relationships are at the core of living a fulfilling life.  Whether you are an individual looking to enhance relationships in your life, a couple seeking improved communication and connection, or a family in need of support, we can help.  Trained in emotionally focused therapy, our clinicians understand how behavioral patterns, communication challenges, and unresolved issues from the past can impact the level of fulfillment we experience in our relationships. Let our clinicians support you in this process of repairing and enhancing relationships in your life.

Relationships

Supporting kids and teens in therapy starts with building a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust, respect, and healthy boundaries.  Our therapists meet your children where they are by using art, games, and play to create an environment that is both safe and fun.  Our clinicians understand that working with kids and teens successfully often involves collaborating with parents and assisting with strengthening connections between family members.
